Design and Staging Consultations
A consultation is the best way to start when trying to change around a space in your home or starting a new project. I am happy to take a look at your space and hear your concerns, needs, and finishes you would like to have in your home or present to future buyers. If you choose me to help you with your space, I will recommend paint colors, finishings, arrangement, furniture recommendations, etc. at a later date. The first consultation is $200 for an hour and $250 for two hours.
Digital Renderings
Digital design renderings are a great way to see what your unfinished space could become. I can render a single room or an entire home. Renderings include both still images and a virtual tour of the space. Pricing for this service depends upon the scope and square footage of the space being rendered.
Additional Services
Additional research, hunting for materials, meeting with contractors, staging, and additional consultations are charged on an hourly basis. My charge $30-$75 an hour depending on the overall task at hand. I am happy to work with those who have a set budget for a project.
